Steve was raised in Stamford and understands the values of our community, the importance of our cities and the local treasures that make us a unique place to live.

*He knows how to revitalize Stamford, Bridgeport and Norwalk and how important they are in our District's local economy.
*He understands the varied lifestyles in our community and the benefits and challenges of being a suburb of New York City.
*He will protect the Long Island Sound and rivers that define our lifestyle.
*He understands the unique assets in our State -- Yale University and U Conn, the Naval Bases, the strong Arts Centers (The Aldrich Museum, Westport Country Playhouse, Audubon) and their place in the economy and attracting young workers to the State.
